Chapter 2: Good relationship

“Yusei.”

It was my childhood friend, Himari Sayukawa who called out to me like that.

“Good morning, Himari.”

“Let’s go to school together!”

” Yes.”

Himari is a lively and energetic girl.

I have been pushed around by her for a long time now, but I still enjoy being with her.

I arrived at school and sat down in my seat.

Then, I was approached by a voice from in front of me.

“I’m sorry, Shinzaki-kun, can you help me with this?”

The person who approached me, handing me a printout in his hand, was the chairperson of the committee.

“Yes, sure.”

” I’m sorry for always helping me out.”

“Don’t worry about it, I’m helping you because I want to.”

The chairperson said thank you and went to hand out the printouts.

Well, I guess I’ll go hand them out too.

As I was about to return to my seat after handing out the handouts, a voice called out to me from behind.

I turned around and saw a female classmate with an apologetic look on her face.

“I’m sorry, I forgot to turn in the handouts, could you please turn them in to the teacher for me?”

After saying that, the classmate girl was forced to hand me a notebook for half a minute.

“Yes, I understand.”

I was standing in front of the teacher’s office.

Of course, as I said before, I had to turn in something.

“Excuse me.”

I walk up to my homeroom teacher.

My homeroom teacher is a young woman named Yumiko Satozaki.

She is young and beautiful, but very strict.

But she is a good teacher who cares about her students.

“Hmm. Shinzaki, is something the matter?”

“I’ve come to hand in a submission.”

“Submission? Didn’t you turn it in?”

My homeroom teacher looked at me curiously.

“Well, okay, I’ll take it.”

Saying that, Satozaki-sensei took the notebook I was holding.

I turned on my heel and walked back to the classroom.

“Shinzaki, wait a minute!”

Satosaki-sensei approached me from behind.

” Yes? What is it?”

“This is not your notebook.”

“Ah, I brought it for you because I was asked to.”

Haa, Satosaki-sensei sighed.

“Satosaki-sensei, what’s wrong?

You work too hard for others, you’ll break someday.

“Don’t worry, I do it because I like it.”

Yes, I like doing it.

I don’t want that to happen again.

“Well, take it easy.”

“Thank you.”

I left the staff room after saying that.

“Huh? Where did Yusei go?”

When I returned to the classroom, Himari called out to me.

“I was just going to turn in some papers.”

“Heeh, is that so”

Himari went back to her seat as if she was satisfied.

Fuu, today is another day of good relations with all of them.

I hope it will continue like this until graduation.

With this in mind, I put my hand on the desk to get ready for first period, and something hit my hand.

Hmm? Did I put something in my hand other than my textbook?

Grabbing something other than my textbook, I pull it out of my desk.

There was an envelope in my hand.

No, no, it’s not a love letter.

In fact, I have never received a love letter before.

With a will, I open the envelope.

There is a message on the envelope.

[ I’ll be waiting for you behind the school building after school today.]

But I had to go.

I waited for after-school hours, unable to contain my excitement.

The school bell rang.

I was still so nervous.

Saying this, Shiraki’s cheeks relaxed.

“Well, please take care of me from now on!”

I’m pretending to be calm, but inwardly, I’m extremely happy.

“We’re dating, so let’s go home together.”

I was trying to build a good relationship with everyone, so I was watching everyone very closely.
