Lu Lijun continued looking at the scarf and then realized something. He checked his cellphone to see if there was any call or message for him but there was nothing. He checked the time and it was sure not the night in china. The time there was seven hours ahead so it was almost evening in China, then how come Yuyan didn't call him the entire day or didn't send him any message.

He was angry at her but that anger didn't stop him from thinking about her and expecting to hear something from her. Giving out a deep sigh, he looked around the room as if he was searching for something and his sight fell on the windchime hanging at the way to the gallery. He dragged the chair in the room and standing on it, he tied that scarf to the crystal hanging with the chain in the center of the windchime.

Stepping down, he looked at it. That scarf was moving along with the breeze and the sound made by windchime made it even pleasant to look at.

There was a knock on the door and Jerome entered the room and noticed Lu Lijun was looking at the scarf.

"Young master the lunch is ready."

Nodding Lu Lijun followed him downstairs towards the dining room where Xiao Dong was waiting for him.

--------

Jiang Yuyan went back home at late night and again missed the dinner with the family. When arrived the entire mansion was silent. Thinking everyone went to sleep, Jiang Yuyan stepped in the living room where Lu Jiahai was waiting for her while sitting in his wheelchair.

His presence at this hour in the living room startled Jiang Yuyan.

"Father!" she said in a low voice.

"I was waiting for you."

"Did something happen?" she asked.

Lu Jinhai nodded, "Hmm! Have a seat."

Sitting on the sofa, Jiang Yuyan waited for her father-in-law to talk.

"What's the matter?" Lu Jinhai asked.

His sudden question startled her, "Nothing father."

Lu Jinhai stared at her. "Then why are you going out of the home so early and coming so late? First I thought you were trying to avoid Lu Lijun but as he is gone, you are still the same that means the problem is something else."

"I am just busy with work, father."

"I guess I am being a bad father that my kids prefer to lie to me," Lu Jinhai commented that made her feel sad.

"N-No father. I am the bad one," Jiang Yuyan countered as she mumbled, "I just can't…."

"Is it something that you can't tell me or don't want to tell me?" Lu Jinhai enquired.

Lowering her head down Jiang Yuyan nodded.

"What if I insist you to tell me?"

Jiang Yuyan felt her throat dried suddenly, "Father, I can't…."

"Hmm! Whatever it is, I won't ask you but I will prefer you to come to me and share your burden."

"I will father."

"I will let you go on one condition only."

Jiang Yuyan looked at his questioningly as he continued, "Whatever you do, you should not miss the time that you suppose to spend with your family."

Lu Jinhai could see it she suddenly became distant to everyone and looked cold. He was worried that she would start feeling alone while buried under the responsibilities. he was sure there was something that was bothering her but she won't tell so it would be a good idea to keep her between family members with whom she can spend her time.

"I understand father."

"Lu Lijun reached there. Have you talked to him?" Lu Jinhai changed the topic.

Not knowing what to say, Jiang Yuyan shook her head, "No father."

"You were not here when he left and I could see he was sad about it. He must be waiting for your call."

Jiang Yuyan stayed silent for a moment. Taking a deep breath she spoke, "Father, we have sent him there so that he can forget about what happened and if I keep in touch with him, he would never forget about it."

Lu Jinhai stared at her for a while as if he was trying to see through her, "Are you sure this is the reason?"

Jiang Yuyan nodded as she said, "It's his time to be on his own that will make him stronger."

"If this what you think then I won't say anything."

"It's late. Father should go to sleep now," Jiang Yuyan suggested and Lu Jiahai nodded.

She helped Lu Jinhai to go to his room by pushing his wheelchair. On the way to the room, Lu Jinhai informed, "I will be coming to the office soon."

"There is no hurry father. You should rest more. Everything is going fine there."

"I know. When the tigress from my home is there, who can dare to create trouble," Lu Jinhai commented as he laughed a little.

Jiang Yuyan had asked the servant to bring her stuff back from Lu Lijun's room and afterword she would be living in her own room, her and Lu Qiang's room. She looked at the cellphone but there was no call from Lu Lijun and felt sad as well as relieved.

She wished to talk to him and ask him how was he doing but she abandoned the thought and instead looked through her tablet to check the information about Lu Lijun's whereabouts, the pictures that showed he was in the home, and what he was doing.

It was a night for Jiang Yuyan so she went to sleep but it was just an evening for Lu Lijun.

Xiao Dong informed him about which school he would be going and the other things which were arranged for him, the car and the driver, and so on. The next day they planned to go to the school and introduce him with few people who would help him when he would be on his own.

Time passed by but Lu Lijun continued waiting to get a call or message from Jiang Yuyan but there was nothing. His parents called him and even he talked to Lu Feng but there was no news about Jiang Yuyan. When he talked to others in the family, he couldn't come up to ask them about Jiang Yuyan.
