After taking a shower, Tang Cuo sat cross-legged on the carpet and ate watermelon. He handed the sweetest spoonful to Tang Xu, but Tang Xu turned his head and refused, saying, “You eat it yourself.”

“Eat it,” Tang Cuo reached out his arm, “you’ve been working all night, Teacher Tang, you deserve it.”

Tang Xu opened his mouth and ate it, and then Tang Cuo handed him another spoonful. This time, Tang Xu said, “I won’t eat anymore; I’ll get fat.”

Tang Cuo laughed for a long time.

He had almost finished eating half a watermelon when Tang Xu finally said, “Don’t eat so much; you’ll have to go to the bathroom several times at night.”

“You didn’t say earlier,” Tang Cuo scraped the last spoonful clean and showed him the bottom, saying, “I’ve already finished it.”

“Never mind if you’ve finished,” Tang Xu said as he closed his computer and stood up. “If you go to the bathroom at night, remember to turn on the light. Don’t stumble in the dark like that day.”

 “Oh.”

Thinking about it, he still felt embarrassed. He had fallen in the bathroom last time, moaning in pain and sitting with his knees hugged for a long time. The next morning, Tang Xu saw his knee and was so scared that he took him to the hospital.

Seeing Tang Xu walking towards the bathroom, Tang Cuo shouted behind him, “Are you done? The computer is still on.”

“Not yet,” Tang Xu answered as he bumped into the door. “I still need to modify the PPT we’ll use for tomorrow’s class and add two examples.”

Tang Cuo looked at the clock and realised it was almost midnight.

“Can I help you with that?”

“Do you know how to do it?”

“Why not? I might even have a better understanding of what the students need than you do.”

The sound of water came from the bathroom for a brief moment, probably from Tang Xu testing the water temperature.

 “Go ahead.”

When Tang Cuo heard that, he immediately got excited and opened his computer. He felt that the combination of the carpet and the coffee table was not professional enough, so he even carried his computer to the dining table.

 “Where is the original PPT?”

“On the C drive, in a newly created folder.”

The name of the folder annoyed Tang Cuo: “What kind of name is ‘newly created folder’? Can’t you be more professional?”

Although he was complaining, Tang Cuo still found the “newly created folder,” and inside it was a PPT and two other documents. He quickly browsed through all three files and added six pages to the PPT.

The sound of the hairdryer stopped, and Tang Cuo finished the final touch-ups. Feeling satisfied with his work, he was about to praise himself when he noticed a very special folder in the C drive directory.

 “Sihang is the best.”

He moved the mouse over and clicked on it.

Tang Cuo found that it was a folder containing all the screenshots of his academic transcripts that he had sent to Tang Xu while he was in the United States.

Just then, Tang Xu walked over and stood behind him, placing his chin on top of Tang Cuo’s head.

 “Is this professional enough?”

With a blink of his eye, Tang Cuo looked up, straightened his back slightly, and gave him a kiss on the chin.
