Chang Chu scoffed from behind her and sauntered to the basin next to Mu Chuqing.

“Chuqing, do you really have nothing to say to me?”

“Sorry, I don’t know how to speak to animals!”

Mu Chuqing spat with fury. She made it clear from the beginning that she didn’t plan on acting before this despicable woman.

Chang Chu’s face turned bitter, but it was only for a brief moment. She lowered her head, pulling out something from her bag, and handed it to Mu Chuqing.

Mu Chuqing turned, and her eyes instantly narrowed.

Chang Chu spoke with a smug smile, “This is the invitation for my engagement banquet next week with Chen. I welcome you to join us!”

Mu Chuqing lifted her eyes and looked at her. A look of amusement flashed across her eyes.

“Chang Chu, you sure are shameless!”

However, Chang Chu immediately showed an innocent look.

“Chu Qing, look at what you’re saying. It would be a different matter before if I couldn’t find you, but since we already met today, how could I not invite you! During our university days, we were so close. Oh, and Su Yuan. The three of us were the three belles of the university back then!”

She said with annoyance, “I don’t want to continue wasting my breath on you. This invitation, I’ll accept it!”

After she finished speaking, Mu Chuqing ignored Chang Chu’s face full of panic and hatred and walked out of the washroom.
