Chapter 12: The Kill Order

Li Feng glanced at it casually, closed the folder, and looked up at him. “Help me clear a space. I want to take a good look at these documents.”

“It’s been arranged. Commander, please come this way.” The mayor felt a little overwhelmed. When the secretary opened the office door, he took out a handkerchief and wiped the sweat on his forehead.

The office environment was very good. Li Feng looked at the documents and smiled faintly. His secretary saw Li Feng’s relaxed expression and chuckled, “Sea City’s target has been completed so well. Why does the mayor still look so nervous?”

“They’ve done too many unscrupulous things, so they’re afraid of everything. Other things aside, it’s really done well. ”

Li Mian looked at the message on his phone and said to Li Feng, “Commander, Li Yao is back.”

Li Feng raised his head and lifted the coffee cup beside him. “Let him in.”

Li Yao held the freshly-made investigation report on Kyra in his hands and spread it in front of Li Feng. “Commander, all the information on Kyra is here.”

“Kyra is from Baiyi Village. She graduated with a Master’s degree from the Medical Saint Academy five years ago and is highly skilled in medicine. Five years ago, she married one of her seniors and had a pair of twins. Now, they were divorced. He has a few projects in hand and is a very popular talent.”

Li Feng listened to Li Yao’s report and looked at the photos inside. “Only these?”

Li Yao nodded his head. “Yes, Commander.” Wasn’t that enough? He had almost dug up Kyra’s ancestral grave. However, this woman’s past was just like her resume. Other than being outstanding, she had nothing else. He was referring to Kyra’s ordinary life.

Li Feng pointed at the photo of the senior without saying anything.

Li Mian looked at him, refilled his cup of coffee, and added, “By the way, investigate this man as well.”

Li Yao looked at Li Feng and understood what he meant. He replied, “Yes, I’ll go first, Commander.”

“Miss Kyra doesn’t have good taste in men,” Li Mian said. He had been by Li Feng’s side for five years, so he could guess the implied meaning from Li Feng’s body language and emotions. The commander was disdaining that man.

“Stop guessing my thoughts. Get out.”

Li Mian chuckled and nodded. “Yes.”

However, less than half an hour later, Li Mian knocked on the studio’s door again. “Commander, there’s an anonymous email for you.”

Li Feng’s schedule for the day was actually confidential. This person who could send the email directly to the city government must be very well-informed and have some strength.

Li Mian opened this unfamiliar email. After confirming that there was no danger, he handed the letter and storage bag to Li Feng.

Li Feng took a look at the storage bag and opened the letter. “Dear Commander, the target has appeared again. You can restart the kill order!”

Li Feng gestured for Li Mian to open the storage bag. When he saw what was inside, the hostility in Li Feng’s eyes immediately emerged. It was a nameless DNA test report, as well as an analysis report that coincided with Li Bei’s.

“Investigate the origin of this email and reactivate the kill order! This time, don’t lose them again, understand?” Li Feng’s voice was cold. He hated that woman to the core.

Five years ago, when he was still a candidate for the position of the Empire’s Commander, he had attended a grand party. It was at that party that he had been drugged and slept with an extremely ugly woman with a wretched temperament!

That incident was so outrageous that every time he thought about it, he would feel nauseated and physically uncomfortable. Since then, no matter what style of woman she was, he had lost his ‘s*xual interest’.

Yes, who would have thought that the Supreme Commander of the Empire would have such a problem!? This was a great humiliation to the proud Li Feng! From the fact that he had issued such a heavy order to kill that woman, it could be seen that Li Feng’s deep hatred for that matter. This secret was also very obscure. Other than his closest assistant and secretary, very few people knew about it.

“Yes, Lord Commander.” Li Mian bowed respectfully.

Li Feng pushed away the documents in front of him. He wasn’t in the mood to continue working. He took a look at the time, took his coat, and walked out of the government building.
