Ling Jingshu was amused: "It's less than one-third of the journey, and it will take more than ten days! As the saying goes, it's better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousand books. Haven't you always wanted to leave Dingzhou City and see the world?"

Ling Xiao was still a child at heart, and he didn't have much patience.

Ling Xiao was made fun of by Ling Jingshu, and he was also a little embarrassed: "I just feel a little bored when I stay on the boat every day and can't go out for a walk. Forget it, I'd better read a book to pass the time."

Jing Yu was serving the tea, while Bai Yu had nothing to do and started sewing.

Ling Jingshu responded with a smile, put down the book in her hand, and pulled Ling Xiao's hands went out of the cabin to the dining room together.

Tángsǎo is still young, as long as you take good care of your body, you might get pregnant soon."

Jiang's heart warmed when she heard this, and she gave Ling Jingshu a grateful look.

Ling Ji and his wife, were very affectionate, so they took advantage of the situation and said, "It's my fault. I spend more than half a month in the Imperial Academy, and the time to go back to the mansion is very little. I often let my wife stay alone in the empty room." 

There is no time to get together, where will the child come from?

Her husband defending her like this made Jiang's heart warm. There was no need to pay attention to mother-in-law Sun's nagging.

Ling Jingshu and Ling Ji defended Madam Jiang one after another, and Madam Sun couldn't say anything more, so as not to show a mean face in front of everyone, she quickly changed the subject: "Tomorrow the boat arrives at the dock, and the cooks are going to buy some ingredients. The boatmen will also go down to the pier to rest for half a day. If you want to take the opportunity to get off the boat and get some fresh air, it’s okay.”

Especially Ling Xiao, who immediately tugged at Ling Jingshu's sleeve and shook it: "Ah Shu, let's get off the boat too!"

Ling Jingshu was also quite moved and agreed with a smile.
