I woke up from the streaming sunlight from the window, my head pounding. I groggily sat up and rubbed my eyes. That's when I saw it.

My heart thudded. This isn't my room. Where am I? I checked my clothes. Oh thank God still intact. But how did I arrive here?

I rummaged my memory for any recollection of last night's rule-breaking, but I ended up frustrated.

"Oh to hell with it! I'll go check who sent me here."

I went outside the bedroom. And what I saw shocked me.

"Minho?" Minho was sleeping in the couch, half-naked with no blanket and no pillows. I slightly blushed. He has such yummy 6-pack.

Maybe he heard my footsteps, because he stirred. Afraid of being caught, I stepped back and pointed accusingly at him.

"You! What did you do to me?"

He was dumbfounded for a moment. "Uh, you fainted after draining my drink, so I decided to take you home."

"But this is not my home!"

"I know! Just let me finish first, okay?" I nodded, crossed my arms and looked pointedly at him.

"Okay. So after that I looked for Ash to ask him where you live and we'll take you there. But I couldn't find him, or Gina. I tried calling them, but they didn't answer. So I've got no choice but to take you with me here, in my home."

I stayed silent, waiting for him to continue talking.

"And then I took you here. And then, then I wanted to change your clothes, cause you know they're soaked from your sweat but I don't want to invade your privacy so I decided to wipe your exposed body with dry towel." His face showed a lot of emotion: nervousness, awkwardness and happiness? Why is he happy? I noticed then that the tips of his ears are reddening. Hmmm.

He stopped, contemplating if he has to continue talking. I urged him, "Go on."

"So, I let you sleep in my bed and I slept on the couch."

"That's it? Nothing else?"

"Uh there is one more thing." I raised my brow. If it's something indecent, I might strangle this guy.

Seeing that I've got no plans in answering him, he swallowed and then smiled playfully. "Are you hungry?"

*****

We were eating silently. He made pancakes, one of my favorite breakfast dishes. Although it is my favorite, it still didn't lighten my mood. I feel so ashamed to talk to him right now. I don't know what to say, I'm nervous of just saying thank you. God, why did I even agree to Ash?! I want to just sit in the corner and hide.

"Is it not to your liking?"

I was so engrossed in my own thoughts that I didn't understand what he meant. "Huh? What is not to my liking?"

"Breakfast."

"Oh! No no! I love the pancake! This is my favorite! The balance of the flavors is just so delicious." I replied with dreamy eyes and a satisfied smile.

And somehow, some courage possessed me that I blurted out, "By the way, Minho I'm sorry for being that way last night. Sorry for bothering you to that extent. And, I just want to thank you for taking good care of me, even if we just met. We're more like strangers still." I smiled sweetly. "Tell me, how can I repay you?"

He looked at me curiously. And then, "Tour me around the city."

"Huh?"

"You said you'd repay me. So I decided to let you tour me around the city as payment. That's a good deal, right?"

"I believe so. But there's one tiny problem."

"Yeah? Try me."

"Uh." I rubbed my cheek awkwardly. "I don't really know the places around here. I don't usually stroll around. Hehe."

"Then all the better."

"What?"

"We'll just tour the city together." He said that, smiling mischievously.

What the hell is that smile? Anyone! Please help me? What did I run into?
