My Second Life in Another World

Haru arrived in front of Zenobia's shop and knocked on the door.

KNOCK* KNOCK*

He was dressed in a white dress shirt with a black vest and black pants. He also had a Purple long coat on his shoulders as he left it untied.

The door was opened by Randel who stepped aside and Haru entered.

'How did he come here without making a commotion?' Randel was surprised how no one was looking at this guy when he looked like this every time someone enters the shop the people start gathering around this place to see the show but today not a single person looked this way.

He quickly closed the door and looked at Haru who was smiling at him.

'He is dangerous, I need to keep Big Sis away from him,' Randel gulped as even he felt his heart race at this guy's smile.

'I won't be here for long, I need to go back to the academy as well. The break is almost over.' Randel quickly turned around and went upstairs to see Zenobia.

"Oh, Randel Mr. Haru came in already? There are still 10 minutes left no?" Zenobia said as she came out of her office on the second floor.

"Big Sis, you have been dressed since a few hours ago why are you so surprised he came in early by 10 minutes." Randel rolled his eyes at Zenobia.

"Well, I always get ready early anyway, this has nothing to do with it," Zenobia said as she looked away.

'Sis you aren't fooling me, You do have a habit of getting ready early but I haven't seen get this well-dressed before,' Randel thought as he looked at Zenobia who was dressed in a black shirt with a white vest with golden patterns on it and white pants.

The Shirt and pants hugged Zenobia's body letting her natural curves show to its full extent; she looked too gorgeous even when she dressed in plain clothes with a golden hair band on her head and let her dark grey hair fall behind her in full glory. She took out a grey cloak from her dimensional ring and draped it over her body.

"Anyway, Big Sis be careful don't let that pretty guy take advantage of you," Randel said as he knew he couldn't stop his sis and he was happy that she looked so full of energy after so long.

Even though he wanted to thank Haru he was still on edge about if something happened to her.

"OW OW, SIS IT HURTS," Randel was brought out of his thoughts as Zenobia pulled his ear.

"You are a hundred years too early to worry about me, I am just going out as I promised there is nothing going on here," Zenobia said with a small blush on her face but it was hidden by her sun-kissed skin.

"I GET IT! I GET IT! LET MY EAR GO PLEASE!!" Randel shouted and Zenobia let his ear

"There is nothing going no, you got it. Now get ready for the academy you need to go in two days right," Zenobia repeated her words and Randel nodded.

Seeing that he understood Zenobia walked down to meet Haru as she smiled looking at how he was dressed.

'He looks good,' Zenobia thought as she stood in front of him and saw him looking at her.

"Let's go, Mr. Haru I have already prepared the carriage," Zenobia said as she guided Haru to the backroom.

Haru followed her and passed through a door to see a black carriage that looked rather expensive even though it had a minimalistic design with some gold patterns on the doors. It gave off a noble air.

'This is my time riding in a carriage,' Haru looked at the two black horses that were in front of the carriage as an old man with grey hair sat on the coachman's seat came down from his seat, and opened the door of the carriage for Zenobia and Haru to step in.

Haru sat down on the comfortable sofa as the interior of the carriage looked good with small ornaments of gold and silver adorning it Haru looked out of the glass. Even Raum was looking around with shining eyes Kurumi just giggled and continued to sleep on top of Haru's head.

"Looks like Mr. Haru likes this carriage do you want one as well?" Zenobia asked as she giggled.

"I do want to buy it, but after I buy my house," Haru nodded with a smile as he got a bit too excited.

Seeing Haru look around like an excited child made Zenobia smile gently and she turned to look at the coachman.

"The Adventurers Guild," The coachman nodded as the wall in front of the carriage opened up like gates, and the horse-drawn carriage hit the road and made its way to the adventurers guild.

At the Xyrus branch of Adventurer's Guild people were going in and out but in fewer numbers than before, The Reason?

"Sigh, I wonder when the ban to enter Beast Glades gets lifted?" A man in blue robes said with a sad expression while sitting in the tavern area of the guild.

"If only we were a little higher ranked we would've been able to enter as well," The big man with a bulky build said as he downed a goblet of beer in one go.

They looked around and saw the small number of people in the guild as most of the adventurers went to other places to look for jobs.

"Maybe we should've gone to another place as well," The man in the robes said as they had been inactive for a while.

"Wait for Daren to come back he went to see if there are any jobs outside of beast glades that we can do," The bulky man said as the door of the guild opened and a handsome man walked in with a beautiful woman in tow.

Everyone in the guild looked over to see the one who came in to see if it was someone they knew but They couldn't recognize the man even though many females were drooling over his looks they didn't know him.

But What really shocked everyone was the woman….

"Hey, am I dreaming?" The bulky man asked as he pinched his friend.

"OUCH* you bastard pinch yourself," The man in the robes grimaced in pain.

"Ah, sorry, it looks like I am not dreaming, It is indeed Lady Zenobia," The bulky man gulped as he looked at Zenobia who was walking in with Haru.

Zenobia is someone every adventurer wants to meet at least once in their life, it is their dream because anyone who has been able to get a weapon from her was a famous person around Dicathen, Like Lance Alea and Lance Varay who were able to get their weapons from Zenobia even before they became Lances.

That was her standard, Even though they knew that they won't get a chance to get a weapon from her but they still wanted to meet a beauty like her at least once.

And now that Beauty that everyone dreamed about was walking beside a handsome man with a gentle smile while looking at the man.

'Who is that bastard?'

'That girly fucker! He actually took Lady Zenobia away.'

The men were green with envy as they saw even the receptionist who was known for her straight face blushed as she talked to Haru.

As for the Women? Well, it isn't hard to guess as they were all biting their nails while looking at Haru with a lustful gaze.

And under these looks both Zenobia and Haru followed the receptionist upstairs.

"It looks like Mr. Haru is very popular with women," Zenobia said with a giggle.

"Same goes for Zenobia as well, You are popular with both men and women," Haru said with a wink.

"Ah yes it has been like that," Zenobia blushed and looked away but she can still feel Haru's eyes on her.

Zenobia shook her head as she looked at the receptionist glancing at Haru occasionally.

'It looks like Mr. Haru is quite a coveted Man,' Zenobia smiled but didn't say anything as she already inferred it when Haru said he had 'A Big Family'.

"The Guildmaster is inside waiting for you," The receptionist said as she pointed at the door.

"Thank you," Haru said with a bright smile making the receptionist blush as she bowed and scurried away.

Zenobia went ahead and knocked on the door.

"Come in Lady Zenobia you don't need to knock on the door," The soft manly voice was heard from the other side.
