"I didn't see anything, I didn't hear anything, I didn't say anything, I am air, who am I, I don't even exist." Il-hwan was chanting as he closed his eyes like he wasn't even there.

'I am sorry son but I can't do anything against my wife and daughter-in-law, your sacrifice will be remembered, Son.' Il-hwan thought as he wiped the small tear that was forming on his left eye.

"Hey old man stop meditating, you never even went to the temple once," Jin-woo shouted as he looked at Il-hwan who flinched and looked away.

Jin-woo tried to get out of their grasp after seeing that his father isn't going to help him but...

""Don't move,"" Both Joo-hee and Kyung-hye said as they looked at him causing him to give up on resisting.

"Aww, the show ended it was funny as hell," Haru said and earned a glare from both il-hwan and jin-woo.

"Bastard you are the reason for this, I'll remember this," Jin-woo shouted as he was dragged into a room.

"What happened uncle aren't you going to help him?" Haru looked at Il-hwan as he picked up the remote to change the channel.

"J-Jin-woo has grown up now he can take care of himself." Il-hwan avoided Haru's eyes and stood up and walked outside the house while ignoring the cries coming from the room where Jin-woo was dragged into.

The door to a room on the opposite side of the room Jin-woo was in opened and Jin-ah walked out wearing a burgundy t-shirt with black shorts. She just walked out of the bathroom and there was a little steam rising from her body as her face was a bit rosy.

"What happened here?" Jin-ah asked as she came over to Haru sitting down on his lap.

"Well, stuff happened," Haru just shrugged as Jin-ah snuggled near him burying her face in his neck and her wet hair brushed his face as he rested his hand on her small waist.

Haru looked at the screen to see the news.

At Beijing Airport,

The biggest and busiest airport in the whole of China was now bustling even more than ever before, all thanks to a huge throng of people present today.

There was only one reason for this. The best of the best Chinese Hunters that went to lend aid to the Koreans were coming back home today, that was why.

It would be the same story in other countries as well, but at least in China, the highly-ranked Hunters were treated as superstars famous enough to summon up a sea of adoring fans wherever they showed up.

And it went without saying that the leader of the support team, the Hunter ranked as Five-Star, Liu Zhigang's right-hand man Zhou Yan's popularity couldn't be described with mere words alone.

One of the reporters doing her job surveying the atmosphere of the airport spotted Liu Zhigang and raised her voice.

"Ah! There he is! Hunter Liu Zhigang has entered the airport to welcome the team!"

His fans filling up the airport cheered on loudly. He waved his hand lightly towards his adoring fans.

Liu Zhigang's dignified atmosphere that simply oozed the charm of an older man caused the much-younger female fans to bounce up and down and even scream in uncontrollable excitement.

'I don't understand why Haru said that I didn't need to come,' Zhigang shook his head as he still didn't understand the reason for Haru's Refusal for him to go personally.

"Zhou Yan," Zhigang called out, and the young man with long black hair and black eyes with a good-looking face.

"Yes teacher," Zhou Yan answered in a respectful tone.

"What do you think of Haru? After you said that you will see if he is stronger than me." Zhigang looked at his right-hand man with a smile.

"…Although I didn't see him from close his power is higher than anything I have seen before. He was very relaxed from the start to the time when those Monsters came out. Zhigang just chuckled as they reached the outside of the airport.

Meanwhile, the reporter looked into the camera with the green light switched on.

"Our proud Hunters are now entering the airport, having returned from their trip to support South Korea."

As her bright expression alluded to, the overall result of this trip was being seen as satisfactory from the Chinese government's point of view.

They got to claim that they didn't forsake their neighboring nation's troubles and also got to save their face when their elite Hunters volunteered to fight against the super-massive Gate in Seoul's skies.

The reporter, subbing for many people and their curiosity, stood before Liu Zhigang to do her job.

"Many people are cheering you on for your brave decision, Hunter Liu. On the other hand, those questioning why we had to aid the Koreans are also quite a few in number as well. By any chance, do you have anything you'd like to say to them, Hunter Liu?"

Liu Zhigang took his sunglasses off and glared at the reporter.

"Who is walking around spewing something that stupid?"

Not paying any heed to the reporter and her wide-open eyes, Liu Zhigang continued with what he wanted to say.

"You should know what happened in Japan when both i and Thomas failed to hold against that Giant that walked out of the gate the person who stopped it and saved everyone was Haru. And now a gate far bigger than that opened right above Seoul, do you expect me to just sit down when we could be at risk as well, if Korea falls who do you think is next." Zhigang said to the dumbfounded reporter.

"What I am trying to say is, I Liu Zhigang am not confident in stopping something that Haru Tsugikuni failed to stop, if he fails to stop a monster then it is the end of everything. He is far stronger than any hunter in the World, do you think his title is just for show?" Zhigang said in an angry tone.

Liu Zhigang continued with his tirade which made his supporters really happy, but then, he abruptly stopped talking for some reason. Could it be that he finally realized the camera was rolling?

Of course not.

Liu Zhigang was probably the only person in the whole of China capable of pouring out insults and swearing on live TV without worrying about repercussions. But then, someone like him had been rendered utterly speechless as he took a look outside the airport.

Just what could have happened?

The first person to look was the reporter. Next up were the Hunters and their supporting staff behind Liu Zhigang. And eventually, everyone gathered here in the airport – their gazes all shifted to the outside.

And after witnessing the change, their eyeballs began quaking greatly.

Liu Zhigang would never get shocked by any ordinary little thing, but he couldn't stop a soft gasp of surprise leaking out of his mouth.

Above Beijing's skies, a massive darkness was slowly descending.

"So did you two see the news?" Go Gun-hee asked both Haru and Jin-woo.

"Well, I did." Haru nodded causing Jin-woo to glare at him.

Haru chuckled at this and looked at Go Gun-hee.

"…Ok then I will show you, Jin-Chul," Gun-hee said as he looked behind him and jin-Chul nodded turning on the T.V.

The news channel showed the real-time footage being recorded right at that moment.

– "Jesus Christ!! Can you see that??"

– "Holy cow!!"

– "Doesn't that Gate look even bigger than the one generated in Korea?"

Eight super-massive Gates all revealed themselves in various parts of the world. Half in fear and half feeling mystified by this development, people were filming these Gates and uploading the footage on social media. Breaking news poured in from all parts of the world.

Gulp.

The sound of Woo Jin-Chul swallowing his saliva rang out loudly from Jin-Woo's side. He didn't mind that and continued to watch each and every one of the video clips.

"Hunter Sung… Could these be also….?" Go Gun-hee asked in a serious voice.

"No, definitely not."

Jin-Woo quickly cut him off. He made sure to drill home the point that these new Gates had no relations to him whatsoever.

Go gun-hee had been secretly hoping that these Gates would also end up as nothing too serious, so his complexion darkened fast enough to be noticed in real-time from that grim reply. He has been called from all over the world to confirm if this Gate was the same as the one that appeared in Seoul.

What if hundreds of thousands of monsters poured out from all those Gates, just like how it had been with Seoul?

Isn't that the same thing as announcing the end of humanity?
