The man spun a chip with a finger and said.

“Of course, it’s a net loss of 2,000 cena for me. So I have a condition. If I win, please listen to a request of mine.”

“What kind of request?”

The man lifted his blue eyes and looked straight into my eyes. Then, he said something I had never imagined.

“If I win, please spend a day with me together. How is it?”

I looked at him as if he’d gone crazy. However, his words seemed rather sincere.

The man’s blue eyes held a sincere and powerful gaze.

Marie shook her head as if to tell me not to accept. It was a face that clearly distrusted this man of unknown background.

I giggled and answered.

At the firm denial, the man seemed surprised.

“Why is that so?”

From now on, we would each gain another five cards, and if either of us drew a 7 or 2, we would win, and would lose otherwise.

As expected, the man’s hand was a four hand consisting of four 7s.

It was a very strong hand, but it was far too short of a straight flush.

In other words, it was my win.

Statistically, it was very rare for a four card and a straight flush to occur in the same round. It was near impossible.
