The words made An Mu completely stunned. She did not know that Yan Yan was so opposed to continuing his studies for such a reason.

An Mu recovered from this emotion after a while and slowly grasped the other points in his words.

She had clearly never mentioned school fees and living expenses before the two children, nor had she ever thought of putting such a burden on them, so why did Luo Luo say such things to Yan Yan?

The reason An Mu had never been suspicious of An Luo was because of the original owner’s stubbornness. Even when he was aggrieved, he would never explain himself and would only get angry with An Mu, making the relationship between mother and son even more distant.

But because of his words, she was now growing suspicious.

She could only suppress her suspicions for now and say to An Yan, "It’s all my fault. I haven’t communicated with you properly, and so I wasn’t able to understand your thoughts. Now that I know, I’m relieved. "

"No, it’s my fault. I was so preoccupied with my own thoughts that I didn’t think about mother’s feelings. " An Yan shook his head. When it came to An Luo, he could imitate the original owner’s tone and attitude towards him as much as he could, but he was unable to do so when it came to An Mu.

The original owner’s attitude towards his mother was really too bad.

After thinking about it, An Yan added, "It was after leaving death’s door that I realised I had done a lot of wrong  things in the past. I hope mother can forgive me. "

At first, An Yan felt quite awkward when talking to An Mu, but he became more emotionally involved as they talked.

"Don’t say that, it’s all my fault." An Mu finally burst into tears, not because she was touched, but because she was afraid.

She had seen how dire An Yan’s condition was. Even though the doctor had said there was no hope of survival.

At that time, she was so dumbfounded that she forgot to cry. If An Yan hadn’t regained his vital signs, she would still be in that state.

She was so happy that Yan Yan was fine, otherwise she wouldn’t have known how to live on.

An Mu hadn’t considered this issue, but An Luo had.

After recovering from the shock, An Luo did not immediately refute An Yan’s words because he felt that something was wrong.

The old An Yan would never have said something so direct, let alone suddenly change his attitude, make up with his mother, and even apologize.

Was it really because he almost died that his temperament changed?

No matter what caused this situation, the sense of crisis in An Luo’s heart began to rise as he watched the mother and son get along with each other in front of him.

But he dared not act rashly.

In the past, his aunt had believed him because An Yan had been foolish enough not to say anything and just made a scene, but now that he had opened his mouth, there was no guarantee that she would side with him.

But he could not say anything at this time. But how can he just be passive?

An Luo deliberated for half a second and finally spoke up when the conversation between mother and son was about to end: "It’s great that Yan Yan and Auntie have resolved their differences. I was so worried when he didn’t listen to my previous advice."

An Luo first said something that revealed his white lotus nature, and then he began to take a turn: "But if you want to reconcile with aunt, just say so. I think she will forgive you. Why do you have to lie?"

As he said tthis An Luo’s face was already showing a strong look of grievance. "Auntie and Yan Yan have just reconciled, so I shouldn’t have said anything, but if I don’t say anything at this time, Auntie might take you seriously."

An Yan quietly watched An Luo, the pretentious white lotus flower, and waited until he had almost finished paving the way for his finale before raising his hand to cover his forehead, "Mum, I feel like I have a headache. I want to rest for a while."

An Mu hurriedly helped An Yan to lie down and covered him with the blanket: "The most important thing right now is to get some rest. Don’t think about anything else, got it?"

An Luo, who was about to get to the point: "……"

He suddenly felt like he was suffocating, but he couldn’t get out of the feeling.

An Yan only had his head exposed on the outside of the blanket as he nodded obediently, "Don’t worry, mum, I will take care of myself."

An Mu nodded and turned her head to An Luo, her tone a little cold: "We’ll talk later. Yan Yan needs to rest right now."

An Luo could only hold his breath and nod in a good manner, "Auntie is right. Yan Yan’s health is the most important thing now. "

An Yan was left alone in the ward after the two left. The doctor had already secretly withdrawn when the three started discussing family matters.

An Yan began to organise his thoughts as he lay in bed.

Although he had the original owner’s memories, they had not been completely integrated with his own. It was as if one had a book with all the information one could get, but the book was not personally theirs.

This was the situation An Yan was in. He could get useful information from the memories, but he knew very well that these memories were not his own.

Looking back at the original owner’s memories, An Yan also learned a lot about the world in addition to his personal experiences.

Firstly, this was a human world.

Secondly, it was a human world that was not like a normal human world.

All the humans here, without exception, had animal parts. For example, scales on their arms, fangs against their lower lips, long tails that fell behind them, ears that grew on top of their heads, and so on.

In short, every human being carries a different part of an animal on his or her body.

The root cause of this was a major turning point in the history of human development.

Thousands of years ago, humans were still humans, and they had not yet developed psychic abilities.

The sudden arrival of a zombie virus almost brought a destructive catastrophe in which countless people died. In order to overcome the disaster, mankind began to work on a cure for the virus.

However, the pace of research was much slower than the spread of the virus. The dramatic decline of the human race forced them to take risks and use medicines that had not yet been properly developed.

The drug did help humans survive the crisis by greatly increasing their physical strength and fighting ability, but it also left behind an unavoidable side effect, namely animal traits on the human body.

Not only did this legacy remain in the humans who took the medicine, but also in their descendants.

Research had been ongoing for thousands of years, but no cure had been found.

The only thing that could alleviate this condition was a medicament. It could not solve the root of the problem, but could remove animal features from the body for a short period.

The more effective the drug, the greater the side effects, which could even be fatal in severe cases.

However, drugs with too many side effects often fail to pass the clinical test and therefore become discarded.

An Luo tricked the original owner into taking a bottle of discarded medicine, which led to his death.

An Yan’s disgust for An Luo suddenly deepened when he thought of this information and An Luo’s actions.

Such a selfish and vicious human being must be appropriately punished!

But then a question occurred to him. Could the reason he had come to this world have something to do with the potion the original owner had drunk earlier?

After all, aside from having the same name, there was no other relationship between him and the original owner.

Besides, their names were not exactly the same. An was the original owner’s surname, but he was a hamster spirit who had no surname.

It’s not that An Yan wanted to find a way to go back and become a hamster again. After all, he’d been cultivating for thousands of years in order to one day take human form and transform into a demon type. Wait a minute. He didn’t even know what this body looked like.

An Yan hurriedly got up from the bed, searched for the original owner’s memory again. He clumsily opened the light brain on his wrist and discovered the "mirror" tool inside.

The light brain was a necessary item for everyone, and there were many functions inside which An Yan had yet to explore.

The most important thing right now was to confirm what he looked like.

An Yan set the mirror to full body mode and stared at the face in the mirror several times.

The delicate white and clean young man had big clear eyes. He  looked very well behaved, but his hair was dyed a mix of red, yellow, and green colors which didn’t look very visually appealing.

Looking down, he was in a white plaid sick suit. An Yan lifted the clothes to look, only to see a thin chest of ribs, which was at least a hundred thousand miles in contrast to a demon type.

How did this person become so thin?

Although there was still a long way to go, it was gratifying that he had become human.

Just as An Yan was studying his new body in the wide mirror, his light brain suddenly flashed twice. He searched through the original owner’s memory and realized he was receiving a new message.

An Yan clumsily opened the message and it soon appeared in front of him: [You haven’t come to the store for three days. Don’t you want to work anymore? If you don’t want to, hurry up and come settle your salary!!]
