In a secluded warehouse, a man listened to the voice of the person on the other end of the line, and his eyes tightened with a hint of hesitation. “Did you see him? How was he? Are you confident?” the person on the line asked.

When there was no immediate response, the man assumed that it was not convenient for the person to speak and was about to hang up. Finally, after a moment of hesitation, the person on the line spoke up. “The bride has been switched. It’s now Xu Nuannuan’s brother. I will develop a more detailed plan.”

“The bride has been switched? What is going on?” The man was taken aback. “What’s a man doing tied up?”

The man lowered his gaze but still responded, “Although I don’t know what happened, Hee Jingyan really likes Xu Yangyi, so kidnapping him might work… It should be feasible.” The man was shocked once again when Ye Zichen mentioned kidnapping Xu Yangyi, but he still replied.

“Hee Jingyan likes Xu Yangyi so much? But isn’t Xu Yangyi a man?” Despite his surprise, the man was pleased that Xu Yangyi could be taken captive. “I’ll send someone to pick you up.”

“No. I’ll contact you when the time is right,” the man declined without hesitation.

“Okay, take care,” the man said before hanging up.

The man on the other end of the warehouse stared at his phone for a while before looking around to ensure that no one was present. He quickly left afterward.

At Hee Jingyan’s place, after Xu Yangyi finished taking a shower and exited the bathroom, Hee Jingyan continued to stare at him unceasingly.

Xu Yangyi couldn’t bear Ye Zichen’s intense gaze any longer, so he hit Hee Jingyan’s face with the towel in his hand. “What are you staring at? Get me some clothes to wear. Damn, is this guy sick or something? I have what he has, and I have what he doesn’t. Why does he have to look at me like that?”

“Look at my wife,” Hee Jingyan chuckled wickedly and beckoned to Xu Yangyi, “Good wife, come here.”

“What!?” Upon hearing that, Xu Yangyi grew angry and retorted, “If you want me to come over, just say it! Give me my clothes.” He began to walk towards the sofa, but before he could reach it, Hee Jingyan suddenly leapt into the air. Xu Yangyi let out a scream of terror as he was tossed onto the bed and pinned down by Hee Jingyan.

Xu Yangyi glared at the man who was grinning down at him, and the corner of his mouth twitched. “Hee Jingyan, don’t think that just because you’re injured, I won’t do anything to you. I’ll give you three seconds. If you don’t let me go, I won’t hold back.”

However, Hee Jingyan paid no attention to Xu Yangyi’s warning. He lifted Xu Yangyi’s chin and inquired with a smile, “May I ask my spouse how you plan to be rude to me? Hm?” Then, his big hand roamed impertinently over Xu Yangyi’s skin, which had become pink and tender from their bath. He caressed Xu Yangyi’s body lovingly.

Xu Yangyi immediately slapped away Hee Jingyan’s big hand and smacked his mouth, warning him, “If you still want to continue our family line, you need to be reasonable and stop.”

Succession to the sect? Hee Jingyan chuckled, “Wifey, it’s not a bad idea if you could get pregnant. But, considering the current technology, men cannot carry a child. However, if you wish, we can go abroad and create a simulated uterus to help you conceive.”

“What… Pregnant? Male? Are you kidding me?” This had to be a joke. How could a man bear a child? Had Hee Jingyan lost his mind after the surgery?

“If you want to carry our child, nothing is impossible,” Hee Jingyan replied with conviction.

“What the hell! Who the f*ck wants to do that? You should do it yourself.” He was about to push Hee Jingyan away, but he couldn’t help but grin at the thought that Hee Jingyan wouldn’t be able to touch him immediately following the surgery.
